Our team with work closely with you to provide a plan which will provide you with the best finished driveway.

Tear Out & Replace

Sometimes called a “peel and pave”, when the surface asphalt or subbase has significant issues the old asphalt will be removed (peel). Once the old asphalt has been removed, any issues with the subbase will be corrected. Then the final lawyer(s) of asphalt will be laid.

Driveway Asphalt Overlay

When the surface asphalt has minor damage, but the subbase doesn’t have any issues an asphalt overly might be a good option. Overlays are a simple process:

  1. Fix any surface issues
  2. Mill (grind down) around aprons, sidewalks or garages to have smooth transition from surface to surface
  3. Apply Tack (a liquid asphalt to help bind the old with the new)
  4. Lay 1”-3” of asphalt and roll for compaction.

Asphalt overlays are an inexpensive way to provide your driveway with a facelift.
